You’ll work with the digital marketing, client services, technical and creative teams whilst leading the Content team, you will help to play an important role in helping to shape and achieve our clients digital marketing and content objectives.

The core remit will involve:

  • Leading the content and copywriting team with an ability to help shape the department in preparation for further agency growth including up-skilling and
  • Developing content strategies for a broad range of health, pharma and medical clients, which can be distributed across all channels (e.g., Web, blogs, emails, social media, landing pages, and more)
  • Defining customer and audience personas, using appropriate research to do
  • Taking and deep-diving into client briefs and collaborating on client calls alongside the creative and client services team.
  • Managing and executing the content strategy across channels whilst aligning to PPC, SEO and other digital strategies.
  • Increasing content engagement across channels, measuring and understanding data and conversion rates.

You’ll need:

  • 6+ years working in Content Strategy ideally within a health
  • A collaborative leader with strong writing and editing skills, which can be applied to a variety of channels.
  • An ability to make the complex simple! Taking health, scientific data and case studies and turning them into engaging and easy to understand content.
  • Experience in working across a range of content types, from creating blogs, social posts, e-books, info-graphics, video scripting and more.
  • Ability to make decisions and process improvements across the content and copy team and in collaboration with other departments.
  • Good knowledge of online marketing tools and
