As we continue to expand and excel in the industry, we are seeking a talented and experienced Head of Paid Media to lead our paid media department.

As the Head of Paid Media, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our paid media strategies to drive client success. Leveraging your deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and trends, you will lead a team of 3 passionate professionals to deliver high-performing campaigns that exceed client expectations. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, influence strategic decisions, and drive growth for both our clients and our agency.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across various digital platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Lead a team of paid media specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive professional growth and excellence.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to align paid media strategies with overall client objectives and deliver integrated solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to continually optimise campaign performance and identify new opportunities for innovation.
• Drive continuous improvement through performance analysis, A/B testing, and experimentation, ensuring that campaigns are delivering measurable results and maximizing ROI.
• Cultivate strong client relationships through proactive communication, strategic insights, and exceptional service delivery, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
• Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Looker Studio, and Google Analytics 4 is essential.
• Develop customized Google Looker Studio dashboards tailored to meet our clients’ needs.
• Assist in new business pitches and conduct audits as necessary.
• Serve as a transparent intermediary between the delivery team and senior management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client and staff inquiries regarding paid media.
• Ensure seamless and efficient operations, including timely delivery of monthly reports.

Requirements
• You have 3+ years of experience in managing Paid Search, Facebook and LinkedIn campaigns in an agency environment.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing paid media strategies.
• Extensive experience managing and growing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong understanding of targeting, optimisation, and performance measurement.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaign performance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to both internal teams and clients.
• A passion for innovation and continuous learning in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects.
• First class writing and proofreading skills, along with superb communication skills.
