Due to continued successes and exciting growth plans, an award-winning, remote-first, healthcare marketing agency are looking for a Head of Paid Media / Paid Media Manager to lead our Paid Media team.
As Head of PPC / PPC Manager, you will have the freedom to innovate across the agencies Paid Media offerings, growing client accounts and supporting in winning new business. Your strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in the future of the agency, as you work closely with, and are supported by, the digital marketing director.
You are responsible for overseeing and implementing paid media campaigns for our clients in the healthcare industry. This role involves having multiple areas of knowledge in relation to paid search, paid social and programmatic advertising.
Leading a team of Paid Media professionals, you will also be responsible for developing both your team member’s skills as well as giving on-going support with 121s and managing their long term performance.
You will be responsible for creating and managing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring that they are optimised for performance and delivering on clients’ objectives. Working closely with the Account Management team you will help ensure that all campaigns are integrated and aligned with wider digital marketing strategies.

● You are responsible for management and growth of the Paid Media Team
● You will work closely with the Account Management Team on various projects, while staying closely aligned with the wider Digital Marketing Team.
Lead the Paid Media department, overseeing all paid media strategies, operations, and team members. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to your team.
Challenge the Paid Media team to adhere to the standards outlined in your own processes, ensuring the Paid Media client base is being serviced sufficiently and performance is meeting expectations
Develop the overall paid media strategy for the agency’s clients. Ensure that all strategies align with client goals, are data-driven, and make optimal use of budget and resources.
Work with the paid media team to oversee all paid media campaigns, ensuring they are effectively managed and optimised. This includes campaigns across search, social, display, and other paid digital channels.
Work with the paid media team to oversee the management of all client budgets for paid media. Ensure that budgets are allocated effectively, spent efficiently, and deliver maximum ROI.
Work with the paid media team to oversee the tracking, analysis, and reporting of campaign performance. Use data-driven insights to make strategic recommendations and drive continuous improvement.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in paid media. Drive the adoption of new strategies and platforms within the agency and for clients.
Collaborate closely with other departments. Ensure seamless integration of paid media strategies with other aspects of client campaigns.
Assist AM team by highlighting opportunities to increase the revenue on active clients, be being proactive with strategy suggestions and forecasting. Encourage wider paid media team to do the same.
Navigate the emerging role of AI in paid media, driving its integration into our strategies for increased efficiency and results. Educate both internal team and clients on the benefits, risks, and applications of AI in paid media, enabling informed decisions and innovative solutions.
Lead and develop the agency’s consultancy service focusing on data analysis, tracking, and attribution. Show clients the value of end to end attribution and advise them on how to set this up. Coach clients on how to harness their data for strategic decision-making, optimising ROI, and refining their marketing strategies. Promote the agency’s data consultancy service to prospective clients, demonstrating its value in achieving better business outcomes.
Represent the agency’s paid media capabilities in pitches, presentations, and other ad hoc events.
