Marketing Manager skill sets:

• Management of our website, social channels and content creation, collaborating with our creative talent pools.
• Leading dedicated marketing campaigns in line with the top level new business and agency game plans under guidance from the Business Development Director.
• Social platform operation and limitations, in-app creation.
• The lively face of our agency bringing to life our true character, values, visions, creative abilities and culture to cultivate incredible long-lasting brand and client partnerships.
• Telling the story of our agency through a powerful online presence and visual experience to excite and entice new clients and talent.
• Case study creation with creative copywriting.
• Ownership of our agency in the public eye.
• Expertly execute numerous projects and campaign.
• Set the rhythm with time lines, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, quality control and budgets.
• Measuring channel and campaign effectiveness for ultimate impact and uptake.
• Project and content scheduling with forward planning.
• Consistent time keeping and budget management.
• Performance reporting including social insights, content reach and conversion rates.
•  Creating materials in line with our own tone of voice but clearly understood to mass audiences.
• Confident communicator with excellent language and people skills.
• Strategic planning through social and brand trends, campaigns and seasonal events.
• Identifying opportunities to showcase our agency, culture, skills, work, partnerships and studio life across the year inline with business goals.
• Identify and support new opportunities through targeted marketing.
