Our client are looking for a full-time Account Manager to join their experienced team!

A likeable, highly organised, creative dynamo, who’s not afraid to muck in, you’ll be responsible for managing multiple client projects across branding and digital.

You’ll support the Account Director and are responsible for looking after some of your own accounts and project manage work through the studio. Because you’ll be driving projects from start to finish, you’ll need to be a self-starter who can confidently manage clients, and who isn’t afraid to ask questions, whilst also sticking to deadlines. Good, clear communication skills are paramount when dealing with clients and the internal team.

In short: we need a self-starter who is process driven and who is bursting with ideas and has the business sense and organisation skills to see projects through.

What we’re after:

  • 3+ years experience in a creative agency client services role
  • Efficient, detail-oriented, organised, and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Experience managing projects in a range of different channels including; branding, emails, social posts (paid and organic), website, print, video, campaign roll out, event stands and collateral, whitepapers, presentations etc.
  • Skilled in project management
  • Proficient in taking briefs independently and see them through a studio to execution
  • Team player that’ll fit into our collaborative team
  • Ambitious self-starter
  • A growth mindset
  • Clear verbal and written communicator
  • An active interest in keeping up to date with trends and social media, with a love for all that’s new and innovative

What you’ll do:

  • Work with our designers to develop, execute and have fun with our marketing strategy
  • Manage our online presence across web and socials, and using your copywriting skills to be the voice of the agency
  • Project manage internal marketing projects
  • Work alongside our Head of Content and Strategy to create captivating content for multiple channels including digital and traditional communication methods
  • Analyse campaign performance and adapt strategies to maximise results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive brand messaging
  • Support our social responsibility programme
