Unlike many recruitment companies who focus on sales, we focus on providing a real partnership with the agencies we work with. We get to know our clients extremely well, often spending time on-site with them and understanding on a much deeper level their culture, values, projects and agency quirks.
We won't work with anyone and everyone, we like to vet the agencies we work with, so that we know they treat their employees with the respect and care they deserve. The way we see it, if we wouldn't want to work for that agency ourselves than we won't be sending you their either.
